You have complete freedom to choose! During checkout, you can opt for Immediate Shipping to receive your EVOO right away from our current reserve. Alternatively, you can choose Delayed Redemption: we will send your physical Adoption Certificate immediately (which is perfect if it's a gift!), and you can claim your oil supply later at any time through your Club Page.
When you decide to redeem it, you can choose whether to receive the oil from our current available reserve or wait for the freshly pressed EVOO from the new harvest (which always ships in January). There are absolutely no extra costs for choosing to redeem your oil at a later date.
Yes, shipping is always included for all orders delivered within the European Union. There are no hidden costs or extra checkout fees.
Yes, an adoption is a perfect sustainable gift. Just check the "Is this a gift?" box during checkout. You can add the recipient's name and a personal message. You can choose to have it shipped directly to their address (as a surprise) or to your address so you can hand-deliver it personally. No pricing documents are ever included inside the box. Please note: for shipments outside the EU, customs regulations require us to attach a commercial invoice outside the box, which the recipient will see.
