No, we ship your oil immediately! We believe the best way to start your adoption experience is to enjoy the EVOO right away. Your kit and your supply of freshly stored oil are shipped together within a few days of your order, so you don't have to wait until autumn.

Yes, an adoption is a perfect sustainable gift. Just check the "Is this a gift?" box during checkout. You can add the recipient's name and a personal message. You can choose to have it shipped directly to their address (as a surprise) or to your address so you can hand-deliver it personally. No pricing documents are ever included inside the box. Please note: for shipments outside the EU, customs regulations require us to attach a commercial invoice outside the box, which the recipient will see.

Once dispatched, transit times via tracked courier are generally 3-5 business days within Italy and 5-10 business days for the rest of Europe.
