There is no automatic renewal or hidden recurring fee. At the end of the year, we will contact you with an exclusive priority window, allowing you to decide whether to renew your bond with your specific tree or leave it available for other enthusiasts.

In addition to your supply of Authentic Pugliese Extra Virgin Olive Oil with custom handwritten labels, you will receive the official physical Adoption Certificate, a photograph of your tree, and your physical Club Card. This card contains your unique Member ID to access our official Tasting Guide through the Club area.

You have complete freedom to choose! During checkout, you can select Immediate Shipping to have your complete kit (EVOO supply + custom label + physical certificate) dispatched right away from our current reserve.

Alternatively, choose Pre-order for New Harvest (January Dispatch): you will instantly receive an official Digital Reservation Certificate via email now (perfect for gifts!), and your complete physical box with the freshest olive oil will ship directly to your address in January. You will receive an address confirmation reminder before dispatch.

Yes, an adoption makes an unforgettable, authentic gift. Simply tick the "Is this a gift?" box during checkout. You can customize the certificate and bottle labels with their name and include a personal dedication note.

You can choose immediate shipping directly to the delivery address provided at checkout, or pre-order for January dispatch to present them with the Digital Reservation Certificate right away while the physical box of fresh oil arrives in January.

No pricing details are ever included inside the box for EU shipments. For non-EU deliveries, international customs laws require us to attach a commercial invoice on the outside of the parcel for border inspection.

Yes, supporting Adopt Your Olive means supporting non-intensive farming. Our centuries-old olive trees act as carbon sinks. We protect the ecosystem of the Alto Tavoliere region by avoiding aggressive chemical pesticides, fostering soil biodiversity, and using targeted irrigation to prevent water waste.

La Bottega is our curated pantry dedicated to authentic Apulian delicacies. Alongside our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, we showcase traditional local preserves from partner artisans—including sun-dried tomatoes, grilled artichokes, lampascioni, artisanal vegetable spreads, and seasonal fruit marmalades.

We require up to 5 business days for internal preparation. Once dispatched with our tracked courier, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within Italy, 3-7 business days within EU and 5-12 business days for non-EU destinations. Please note that while courier transit times inside EU rarely exceed 5 business days, shipments to non-EU destinations may experience delivery extensions due to border customs inspections and clearance procedures, which are outside our control.

Tracked shipping is 100% included for all destinations within the European Union. For non-EU countries, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. We pack all bottles using dedicated protective cardboard packaging engineered for glass shipments. We fully cover any damage caused during transit: if your parcel arrives broken, simply send us a photo of the box within 48 hours of delivery and we will promptly send a replacement at our complete expense.

• Digital Reservation Certificates (Delayed Redemption): You are legally entitled to request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the adoption has not yet been redeemed. Once the redemption process is initiated, the custom order is finalized and becomes non-refundable.
